The new Kia Sorento will be priced from £41,995, which is £3,030 less than the current entry-level Sorento.
The Sorento has been updated to align with Kia’s newer SUV models. Other entries into the model line-up include Sorento 2 (£41,995) available with diesel, HEV or PHEV, Sorento 3 (£46,195) and a technologically advanced Sorento 4 from £50,695.
Each variant will be available with the choice of diesel, petrol hybrid (HEV) or petrol plug-in hybrid (PHEV).
The new Sorento takes design inspiration from the multi-award winning Kia EV9, including vertical headlights, ‘star map’ daytime running lights, redesigned alloy wheels and a new bonnet design.
Fully embracing the ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, the new Sorento features a redesigned black radiator grille, a black side sill and wheel arch mouldings while highlights and chrome details around the exterior make the model shine.
In the UK, the standard colour will be Mineral Blue exterior, with the option of five additional premium colours: White Pearl, Midnight Black, Interstellar Grey, Cityscape Green and Volcanic Sand. The premium paint finishes are available for an additional £675.
